The Town of Cohasset was founded in 1770 and is located in Norfolk County which is about 25 miles from Boston.

Cohasset has a population of about 8000 year round residents. Residents as well as visitors have a choice of four different shopping malls along with a Community and Arts Center. I Cohasset you will also find three historical museums and the renowned South Shore Music Circus plus a replica of the famous Minot’s Light.

The community has two beaches as well as the recreational facilities of Whitney Woods Reservation and the Wompatuck State Park.
