Summer Power Math Jumpstart (Grades2 -12)
Cohasset Mathnasium is offering our Summer Jump Start Program for students from Grades 2 thru 12. Our Power Math Jumpstart program offers your childthe opportunity to get ahead and prepare for next year. We will review material from the previous year, and enhance their foundational Math skills. Each student completes a comprehensive oral and written assessment and works with our certified instructors completing materials based on their individual skill level. Students may attend 1-3 times per week for their 60-minute math workout.

Tutoring Plus (Grades 9 - 12)
Cohasset Mathnasium offers private tutoring in our centers for taking summer classes, entering an advanced Math class next fall (e.g. Alg.II, Pre-Cal) or any other student who prefers to work completely one-on-one with an instructor. Tutoring Plus Private Tutoring is available year round including the summer months by appointment.

Back to School Bootcamp (Grades 2 - 12)
Cohasset Mathnasium's Back to School Math Bootcamp is an intensive 10-hour program to help students prepare for the next school year. Bootcamp is 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday consecutively, andis taught by our certified Mathnasium instructors to help get your child a head start on the upcoming school year.
Fees: $249 for 5days, 2hr each day

Plein Air Painting July 30 - August 1, 2010 (10:00am - 4:00pm) ? This workshop focuses on direct oil painting techniques and taking place along the beautiful waterfront and inlets near downtown Cohasset. It is a workshop in observational painting, concerned directly with the changing facts of light and color seen out-of-doors, and with techniques that help us paint those circumstances. Alla prima painting (painting in the here-and-now) is a unique art form with a distinguished history, employing techniques and a way of thinking about painting that can be useful also in our more sustained or studio works.
